Three things to read on every row. Priority A, B, C ranks by the size of the SET team running without a coordinator, since that is the span of control going unmanaged. A is 25 or more, B is 15 to 24, C is under 15. Pairing shows whether the studio is also caught in the unpairing work: still paired means it has not been unpaired yet, unpairing delayed means it slipped its FY26 date, and unpaired, no SC yet means it was unpaired this year and still has nobody in seat. Hrs / SET is average weekly hours per active SET against the 1.5 ideal. Every one of these 32 studios is above 1.5, so the colour marks severity: red is 1.0 or more over, orange is 0.5 to 1.0 over, amber is under 0.5 over.
The overlap is the real finding. 32 of the 32 uncovered studios are also entangled with unpairing, so coordinator placement and the unpairing plan are the same problem in those studios and should be sequenced together, not run as separate workstreams. The board deck says 37 studios lack a coordinator with 27 profitable enough to fund. This file names 32. Those lists need reconciling before hiring is committed.
